Who we are

This website, www.christopherthiemet.com, is operated by Christopher Thiemet and The Christopher Thiemet Team, real estate agents with RedKey Realty Leaders. This policy explains what information the site collects, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site (contact, showing request, home value request or home search request) we receive what you enter, which may include:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• A property address and details about a home
• Your message, preferred times and what you are looking for

Your request is sent to us by email from our web host. The website does not keep a database of form submissions.

How we use it

• To respond to you and provide the real estate services you ask for
• To send you listings or market information you request
• To keep records required for real estate transactions by our brokerage and by law

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

What we share

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their marketing.

We may share information only when needed to help you, for example with a lender, inspector or other agent you ask us to work with, with our brokerage for its required records, or when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels or retargeting. Because of that, there is no cookie banner.

• Accessibility settings. If you use the accessibility menu, your choices are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they stay on as you move between pages. They are never sent to us.
• Fonts. Our typefaces load from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to download them, which shares your IP address with Google. See Google's privacy policy.
• Videos. Our YouTube videos play from YouTube's privacy-enhanced service (youtube-nocookie.com), and our Vimeo videos play with Vimeo's "do not track" setting on. The home page plays a short, muted Vimeo video in the background, which loads automatically (except for visitors who have reduced motion turned on or animations paused in our accessibility menu); every other video loads only when you press play.
• Maps. Each listing page shows a street map. The map software is served from our own site; the map images come from OpenStreetMap's servers (tile.openstreetmap.org), which receive your IP address, as any website does, but set no cookies. See the OpenStreetMap privacy policy.
• Server logs. Like all websites, our host (KnownHost) automatically logs basic technical details such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time, to keep the site secure and running.

Links to other sites, such as Matterport 3D tours, RedKey listing pages, Zillow, Facebook and LinkedIn, take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Security and retention

The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Form requests are kept in our email for as long as needed to serve you and to meet brokerage and legal record-keeping requirements.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email cthiemet@gmail.com or call (314) 412-0654.

Because we do not track visitors, we treat every visit as if a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal were on.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date. Effective October 17, 2026.
